Balancing the physical, emotional and spiritual has been a life-long quest for Lois, who gratefully discovered both Yoga and Tai Chi while still in her early 20's.    She continued throughout her career as a Dance/Movement Therapist to communicate this balancing act, and now devotes herself to studying, practicing and teaching Yoga and Tai Chi as ways to share her findings on this great see-saw of life.
